We are looking for a high-performing, results-oriented Web User Acquisition Specialist to join our Marketing team in Varna.

Overview:

We are looking for a Web User Acquisition Specialist with expertise in driving growth through search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and display advertising platforms, with a strong focus on acquiring new users, optimizing ad performance, and achieving growth targets for desktop platforms.

I.Key Responsibilities:

● Campaign Management:

○ Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across search engines (Google, Bing) and display networks (Google Display Network, programmatic platforms).
○ Develop and manage paid acquisition strategies focused on driving quality traffic, sign-ups, and conversions.
○ Conduct thorough keyword research, targeting analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
○ Develop and test creative assets (ad copy, images, and video) tailored to target audience segments.

● Data Analysis and Optimization:

○ Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
○ Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
○ Analyze user journey data to identify drop-off points and opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO).

● Budget Management:

○ Manage and allocate acquisition budgets across multiple channels and platforms to maximize ROI and efficiency.
○ Report on daily/weekly/monthly performance, staying within the allocated budget while ensuring cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) goals are met.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration:

○ Work closely with the product, analytics, and content teams to align acquisition efforts with broader marketing and product goals.
○ Collaborate with design and creative teams to create compelling, conversion-driven ad creatives and landing pages.

● Reporting & Strategy:

○ Generate detailed performance reports, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
○ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in user acquisition, SEM, display advertising, and analytics tools.
○ Identify new opportunities for growth through testing new platforms, ad formats, and audience segments.

II. Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Experience: 3-5 years of experience in user acquisition, with a strong focus on paid search and display advertising.

Technical Skills:

○ Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and programmatic display platforms.
○ Familiarity with tracking, analytics, and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party attribution tools.
○ Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
○ Solid understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and geo-targeting strategies.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize based on data insights.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
● Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification (preferred).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

● Experience in mobile app user acquisition and app store optimization (ASO).
● Knowledge of SEO best practices.
● Experience with content-driven campaigns and native advertising.
