Casualino JSC (“Casualino,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on our single-player games when you use our mobile games (the “Services”), why we collect it, and what choices you have.

1. Who We Are

Casualino JSC is registered in Bulgaria, with its registered address at 58 Debar Str., 8th Floor, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria.

2. Data Minimization

Our single-player games are designed so that users can play them offline, without creating an account or logging in. There is no username, password, or profile. Your gameplay data, level progress, scores, settings, and similar information are stored locally on your device and are not personal data, since they are never transmitted to us or linked to you.

3. Information We Collect

We collect from our users only limited information, described below.

Device and Language Information
To display the game in the correct language, we collect your device’s locale/language setting. We also collect a device identifier (such as your advertising ID) for the purposes described in this Policy.

Analytics
We use Firebase and Google Analytics to understand how our games are used (e.g., session length, feature usage, crash reporting) and to improve our Services. These tools may process device identifiers and technical information (device model, OS version, app version) on our behalf.

Advertising
Our games display ads to support free access to the Services. We use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent, where required, before any ads or ad-related data collection depending on your region. Depending on your consent choices, our advertising partners may collect device identifiers and other technical data to deliver, measure, and (where you have consented) personalize ads. Where you do not consent, only non-personalized ads are shown.

Purchases
Our games may offer one-time purchases to remove ads (or unlock similar features). Purchases are processed entirely by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store); we do not collect or store your payment details. We may receive limited transaction confirmation data (e.g., that a purchase was completed) from the app store to unlock the relevant feature.

Push Notifications
Our games may use local push notifications (e.g., reminders to play) that are scheduled and delivered directly by your device’s operating system. These do not involve sending any data to us and are not covered further in this Policy.

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

  • Language settings: performance of the contract implicit in providing you with the Services in your language (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our games (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or your consent where required by local law.
  • Advertising and associated identifiers: your consent, collected via Google UMP (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), except for basic ad delivery/security functions that rely on our legitimate interest where permitted.
  • Purchases: performance of the contract for the item purchased (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Your Consent Choices

When you first open the game, Google UMP will present a consent request (where required by your location, e.g., EEA, UK, Switzerland). You can accept or decline personalized advertising. Declining consent will not prevent you from playing the game or remove any ads in the games, but the ads which are shown to you will not be personalized.

6. Who We Share Information With

We share the limited information described above with:

  • Google Firebase and Google Analytics, for analytics and crash reporting;
  • Advertising partners integrated through Google’s advertising stack (and any additional ad mediation partners we use), for ad delivery and measurement, subject to your consent choices;
  • Apple and Google, as the platforms processing your in-app purchase.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for any purpose other than those described in this Policy.

7. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (including Google) may be based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the applicable data transfer framework.

8. Data Retention

Since we do not maintain user accounts, we do not hold an ongoing personal data record tied to you. Device identifiers and analytics data are retained by our analytics and advertising providers in line with their own retention settings, which are generally limited to what is necessary for analytics, ad measurement, and fraud prevention purposes, and are not indefinite. The retention period for such data is no longer that 24 months since last activity.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a game is directed at a general audience, ad personalization is disabled for users identified as being below the applicable age threshold.

10. Your Rights

Since we do not hold an account or profile linked to you, most data subject requests will relate to your device identifier or consent status, which you can manage directly through:

  • Your device’s advertising settings (to reset or limit your advertising ID);
  • The in-game consent/privacy settings (to change your ad consent choices via Google UMP);
  • Contacting us at privacy@casualino.com if you have questions about your data or wish to exercise a right under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability, as applicable).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we process. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above, and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
